Better eating and faster driving thru lately. needs to work better management and or people there who care more about their jobs and customer service. Go on!
Make sure not to order any drinks, as they don’t use a water filter. Consequently, all the well drinks and teas taste unpleasant. There was a young couple managing the drive-thru window, and her flirting was quite distracting and hindered efficiency. I had to ask three times for napkins and ketchup.
The drive-thru service is extremely slow. On my last visit, I waited over 15 minutes with only three cars in front of me, which is just unacceptable! The line itself is poorly designed as well. The car waiting to order at the speaker often blocks the exit for those trying to leave the parking lot. When the staff takes a long time with orders, it only adds to the traffic and makes the situation even worse. My best tip, if you're really craving Arby’s, is to park in the north side parking lot and order when you can walk around the building. Alternatively, you can try parking on the south side, but be prepared to be stuck. It’s frustrating to have to wait just to leave the place! Lastly, if you're in the mood for a milkshake, skip this location; their machine is almost always broken.
Pretty sure the shake machine works. But they said it doesn't. I guess they copied their excuse from McDonald's. I wonder if I'll ever have a Jamoca shake again. Oh. No cookies either.
