Fat Chicken - Rockwall

My absolute favorite sandwich is at Fat Chicken in Rockwall. It’s called the Holy Smoke. I get it every time we go there…. It is SO GOOD!! The owners work so hard and do a fantastic job!

Holy chicken!! This place is so cute, pricey, but WORTH it!! Best donuts I’ve ever had. Chicken fried chicken slathered in gravy with amazing mashed potatoes and okra! Fresh, hot and delicious!!!

1st time there and tried The Yankee chicken sandwich, it was delicious. I will definitely be back. The owners/staff were extremely nice and gave me a few suggestions on my next meals to come.

We were too hungry to take pictures.. but it was amazing. I got the Korean fried chicken and my very picky eater got the chicken tenders with fries. My chicken was great! It was a little pricey, but I received 4 pieces of chicken and a nice scoop of rice. The sauce was great and the chicken was super crunchy and delicious. She didn’t eat her friend because they used salt flakes… but I ate them and they were delicious! They have paper table cloths with crayons so you can draw while you wait. The people there were so welcoming! We found the place by driving past and was interested by the name it did not disappoint

Just stopped by for my first time, and all I can say is WOW!! This place is amazing. I got “The Yankee” and it is hands down the BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my 27 years of living. I will definitely be back again and will be recommending this to all of my friends and family.
