American Deli - Rocky Mount

Whoever owns this place needs to fire the whole crew and hire people that actually want to work. That ratchet girl never answers the phone and if she does she hangs up on you and tells you to order online. The customer service is horrible. I will never spend another dime in this place. Ratchet and disgusting.

The absolute worst customer service ever. I called to adjust an order and was hung up on twice. Then she took the phone off the hook so I couldn't call back. Never spending money with them again.

Love the wings- ive only had the sweet chili flavor, but they are always made well. Tried fried rice but had it delivered. It was mushy and bland My only 2 complaints are: the cashier not having any customer service experience until youre on your way out the door.. then she will say, have a good day. and 2, which is major for anyone in food service. DIRTY FLOORS AND WALLS ARE A HUGE RED FLAG. They have been dirty since last year!
