Chuck E Cheese's - Rocky Mount

I noticed a cockroach on the bathroom floor, so I think improvements are needed. Additionally, the staff member wasn't supervising the kids on the trampoline, which is concerning; perhaps it's time to hire new employees. On a positive note, we had a lot of fun, and the food was quite good. However, my kids were frustrated because they lost the racing car game, and I definitely felt the arcade ball game was rigged, too. Also, the picture booth seemed unfair. To top it off, my daughter was really scared of that cheese-themed character!

We ordered food, which was outrageously priced. The pizza and wings took over 15 minutes to arrive, and that was just 10 minutes before closing time. They could have simply informed us that they were no longer taking orders since they were closing at 8:00. To add insult to injury, my small personal pizza was burnt. Toppings were also expensive, costing between $2 and $3 each. While I'm glad the kids had a good time, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We were looking forward to a fun family outing, but it quickly became a disappointing experience. I always carry my pistol with me and respect the policies of businesses that prohibit firearms. However, there was no sign on the door indicating such a rule. After enduring the unpleasant pizza, we were on our way out when I was approached about my gun. To my surprise, a sign had been placed inside the door that wasn't there before. I understand the need for a no-weapons policy, but why inform me as I was leaving? The food was unappetizing, and I was even criticized for using a red plate at the salad bar when only white plates were supposed to be used, which we were never given. We spent over $160 and were treated like criminals. Neither I nor my grandkids will ever return to this restaurant.

The kids had a great time and the food was wonderful .

Update 2/10/24 Had such an amazing time at Chuck E Cheese. Brea our server was such an amazing hostess. She was so on point with everything! She made sure to check with us for everything we needed. The kids had such a great time playing the games, winning the tickets, and loving the pizza and ice cream. They also enjoyed the cups they got to keep and the party bags. My son loves this place and never wants to leave. Every time we are here the service is amazing and everyone is so polite. We love this place and the staff! Thank you for making my son's birthday party a great success . My son absolutely had a blast here. The staff was so helpful and the lady we had was an absolute delight! This was such a great place to have his little birthday party. I can't thank the girls on staff enough they were so sweet.
