Gardner's Barbecue Restaurant

First time eating here. You can't beat the price. All you can eat buffet for lunch was only $8.50!! The fried fish was among my favorite. I was hoping for some outstanding bbq, but I was sorta disappointed. I've definitely had better. But I've also had worse. But the selection was great. Collards, fried chicken, mac cheese, chicken livers, I could go on. All in all, I was happy and definitely plan on coming back if I'm in the area around meal time. Especially since they have truck parking.

I love this place! I have been coming her since i was a child. The best pork and turkey barbecue you will ever taste! I drive from RVA anytime for collards, slaw, cabbage, bake chicken and barbecue!

Excellent food, great price. Fried chicken was delicious, great desert bar, stewed tomatoes were awesome, Brunswick soup is a must!

I love the food it is delicious. Good service! But I would like for y'all to bring Russ Varnell back. I really enjoyed him. He is a very good Singer and I am ready to go back to Gardner's BBQ and hear him again and eat some of that good ole country food with that good ole country music.
