Great American Cookies - Rocky Mount

I placed an order through the Great American Cookie app shortly after they opened at 11:00 am. I received a call at 1:30 pm informing me that my cookie cake was ready for pickup at 3:00 pm. To my surprise, the cookie was ready ahead of schedule and looked amazing! Keira, who assisted me, was incredibly friendly and polite. She baked and decorated the cookie on the same day, and it tasted delicious. My son was thrilled to have a Great American Cookie cake, and we enjoyed it over the course of a few days. While we have tried other cookies, nothing compares to the quality of a Great American Cookie. Thank you, Keira, for a job well done!

I live 3.5 hours away from the Rocky Mount store where I placed an order. Unfortunately, DoorDash cancelled my delivery and I was left with limited options. I decided to call the Rocky Mount store and spoke with Shonda C. She explained the situation and I asked for her advice. Shonda C. kindly offered to personally deliver the cookie to me.
