Kfc - Rocky Mount

We bought the food bowl from here, it was really good!!!

The staff obviously doesn't want to work. You had to order three times to make it right. Window-Cashier threw my debit card back together with the slings the food out of the window. Zero eye contact and hardly recognized our presence. Maybe you need to close until you find employees who want to work and understand customer service. FYI, after repeating our order three times, it was still inaccurate.

Short staff and incredibly unmotivated staff long waiting times

Fairview Rd. location. Ordered Buffalo wings at drive-thru. Heavily sauced but not enough to hide the fact that they began life as another flavor

Original recipe missing from Chicken Batter..Chicken taste plain...I could have cooked mines better at home. What ever happen to the way KFC used to taste back in the day?
