Mcdonald's - Rocky Mount

I absolutely love the hot fries at this place! I find myself going there a few times a week.

The manager usually avoids responsibility; you know her—she's the worst hire ever.

Where was the ice, though? The machine wasn't broken. I went there every day for a week hoping to get a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, and they didn't disappoint me! This is the first time I've given this place such a high rating. Food: 5/5.

The head server today was very rude. She used the intercom before I even had a chance to approach the counter, and then became upset when she had to ask for our order a couple of times. Despite her attitude, she did end up taking our order, but her demeanor was very unpleasant.

The personal sometimes tries to be nice, but there is always a problem with my eating. they always say they will fix it when I come back next time, but I never have time. I want them to do it for the first time. Moreover, they have to keep their younger employees on customer service etiquette a little more and as they remain professional. food: 3/5
