Sofia - Rome

Assolutamente divino. La combinazione di sapore del mio risotto mi sanguina: tonno, agrumi e vaniglia. Eccellente. Se mai dovessi arrivare a Roma, tornero' di nuovo qui! Bella atmosfera!

Molto boutique cucina italiana moderna. Piatti Michelin Star. Presentazione fantastica e servizio straordinario. Hai un ottimo accordo di pranzo, 16 euro al momento di questa recensione. Tutto quello che avevamo era stato perfezionato. Il menu cambia molto spesso.

10/10 Gastronomy in Sofia Restaurant. We ate here last night of our holiday in Italy and it was perfection! The staff was amazing, especially Taulant, who was so friendly and helpful, had excellent English and a real passion about the food that was served us. We have the test menu that was incredible value at €50 for 6 amazing courses! Each course was as impressive as the next one. Nicely presented dishes that tasted as good as they looked. The cook is clearly very talented, serves traditional Italian cuisine, but with a small twist. The octopus tagliatelle was my favorite, the meat was so tender and the pasta was flavored with the least spice to give it something extra. Oddly! The tuna steak was also cooked nicely. The desserts were also very unique and impressive. I really couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. Five stars!

A spontaneous find, and despite being very busy the staff were incredibly accommodating to fit us in. We had the taster menu which was incredible value in contrast to others and excellent quality too. A perfect holiday treat, we loved it.

Delightful small place very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Delicious food and very welcoming service. The pig bell was amazing. Also decent wine list with great prices. Very recommended!
