Contribuisci feedbackService here is always slow and the food is overpriced without vouchers. Expect to wait a long time to order even if there is only a short queue. The staff do not even acknowledge you if you are waiting to be served. I've now deleted the Burger King app as a reminder not to return.
Staff are lovely , food is fresh , but you get a lot of schools children in there between 3 and 4 , can be quiet noisy and the language can be colourful
Tables aren't cleaned properly, food and packaging are left on the tablem without anyone binning them. No atmosphere, eating there feels like I'm having a burger at my GP's waiting room. Takeaways take 2-3 hours to deliver.
Just had a double whopper meal in this restaurant and I found a fly in my drink. I complained to the manager who rebuffed the claim without apologising or being sorry. She said “that is not possible as the drink was from the machine and she turned away. I have witnesses who were customers and they opened their mouth in amazement as to the behaviour of the manager which I find very disgusting, appalling and unbecoming of a manager who is supposed to know better than the ordinary staff. I left the drink for her to deal with it. Customer service ZERO EXTREMELY APPALLING! APPALLING!! APPALLING!!!
Had the misfortune of going to burger king in Romford yesterday(6th July 2023), do not use if you have MOBILITY issues, the toilets are upstairs and i mean UPstairs, first you have to go up 3 flights of stairs, only to find a door that needs a code to open it, then there's another 2 flights behind the door. when you do get you food its bland and tasteless, you'd be better off eating the wrappers
