Tim Hortons - Romulus

People were super friendly. I arrived at 7:30 am, things were slow in the dining area (drive thru was busy! on arrival but quickly got busy. I ordered the omelette bites wanted a basic old fashioned donut but it wasn’t available. In fact, the majority of the donuts options were unavailable. I opted not choose another option. The omelette bites were just barely warmed and really lacked in flavor. I ate them anyway, but the manager was amazing and refunded my cost. The coffee was piping hot and delicious. I would have given three stars but the manager was attentive and here to please and improve my experience. That effort was worth increasing the rating.

They don't/or never have the same donuts that I get from every other Tim Hortons that I have been to
