Burger King - Roosevelt

It didn't even deserve it, but I had to. The worst customer service I've ever seen from a local Burger King. Fries felt frozen. Sprite tasted like color thinner.

I like Burger King and these guys food are no exception. However, they seem to be short staff, which leads to longer waiting times. Need a few more workers and it will be like the others

Slow service. Check your order before leaving, make sure they don't forget anything.

Slow service, dirty tables and floors, bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Cold food, it tastes terrible.

They had major attitude. waited to order for 5 minutes the waited to pay for another 5 minutes.... when I fi ally got my food it was cold and not complete. went back through to get what they forgot and it still wasn't right. as a visitor to roosevelt I wasn't impressed!!!!
