The Ami - Rorschach

Leider wurden wir diesmal überaus schlecht bedient. Zuerst mussten wir fast eine Viertelstunde auf die Bedienung warten (das Restaurant war überhaupt nicht voll besetzt und 3 KellnerInnen waren anwesend), Wir haben 2mal auf uns aufmerksam gemacht bis endlich jemand kam. Dann dauerte und dauerte es bis wir schliesslich 45 Min. nach unserer Bestellung endlich unseren Burger bekamen. Zwischendurch haben wir zwar nachgefragt, wo denn unser Essen bleibt, doch es kam weder eine Erklärung für die Verzögerung noch eine Entschuldigung. Dieses Restaurant werden wir nicht so schnell wieder besuchen.

Exceeded all my expectations!! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, the food was out of this world. I am so happy we found this spot! Love to be back again.

As an American, it’s nice to find a bit of the USA in Switzerland. The burgers are juicy and yummy, the staff friendly… feels good to be home. :

Best burger I've ever eaten. I can only recommend it.

They used to be the best burgers in the area but unfortunately for the past 1-2 years the burgers have been nothing special and unfortunately the taste is no longer that tasty either. Don't know if there's a new owner or the owner isn't there much anymore but the burgers aren't what they used to be. A pity
