Caribou Coffee - Roseville

Caribou has a great product. However this review is about their practice of shoving dirty broomsticks into people's faces. At this drive-thru, the company will take your credit card, swipe it, and then hand it back to you and shove the credit card machine on a dirty broomstick all the way into your car in your face. Why? To beg for a tip.... Listen--pay your staff a livable wage. Coffee is already 8$ a cup. Why are you using the broomstick-to-the-face tactic to beg me to pay for your staff so you can pocket more profit? Please stop shoving your machines into everyone's car windows and hitting them in the face with it for an extra 80 cents. It's unsanitary and cringe. No one thinks a cashier should get a tip for putting a muffin into a paper bag. Tf
