Caribou Coffee - Roseville

Went there on break. It wasn?t very busy, only one order ahead of me. I watched them take the woman?s order while I sat there for 7 minutes after that. They then told me they didn?t have the item I wanted. The least they could do was say hey it?s gonna be a minute instead I was ignored. Starbucks, Could never.

Went through the drive thru this morning before work and got a breakfast sandwich, the meat was still cold and the cheese not even melted.

I ordered a sandwich and it looked terrifying when it arrived. Please show respect to your customers by presenting your food with care and love. We are not barbarians, so please treat us as you would treat your own family.

When using a drive-thru, you expect your food to be prepared and ready to eat. I have never been to a bagel shop where I had to put on my own cream cheese! I understand there may be staffing shortages, but please take the extra 20 seconds to put on the cream cheese instead of giving out little cream cheese cups and knives. Additionally, the bagels were not individually wrapped. I was really disappointed and will not be returning.

The staff is friendly, service is good, so take a seat and enjoy your coffee without feeling rushed.
