Qdoba Mexican Eats - Roseville

I may not work in the food industry, but I do know that food should be served at the right temperature to prevent bacteria growth. I recently visited a restaurant and got a chicken bowl that was ice cold when I took my first bite. It wasn't just the toppings that were cold from refrigeration; everything from the rice to the beans to the chicken and queso was cold. My fresh bowl was only lukewarm. To make matters worse, three employees were sitting around, not doing anything productive, and serving ice cold food. It's disappointing to see this lack of quality control at Qdoba. Their actions are driving customers away to their competitors.

The staff was rude and extremely slow. Ordered tacos and the meat was ice cold, tortillas falling apart, missing ingredients. Burrito was the same, ice cold chicken. Tortilla chips were stale and disgusting. When you pay $30 for two items the food should at least be warm and fresh. I would rate this location zero stars. Never going back.

I really like the food at this restaurant and it's very convenient for me to stop by on my way home from work. This time, I ordered a burrito, which I usually do. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The person preparing my burrito touched it multiple times after it had been placed on a dirty counter. She then decided to start over with a new tortilla, but used the same gloves she had been wearing for the past half hour. I didn't want to cause a scene in front of my daughter, so I paid for the burrito and left feeling disappointed, disgusted, and angry. I ended up not eating the poorly prepared burrito.

What is going on with the staff here? There was three employees up at the front counter. When my husband went to order the girl did not want to speak up at all. She was barely audible. We ordered two queso chicken bowls because it 's literally advertised that it 's made one way and you don 't need to ask a ton of questions. She put our meat in and was very very angry about it and when we ordered the second bowl she literally said, forreal?! And filled it with chicken then just walked away. A second girl finally came about five minutes later and asked if we were done. We told her the other girl just walked away. She just said Okay and finished our order. It was mostly rice and we got no protein. Their friends came in mid order and parked in the middle of the road. The girl stopped doing our order to hang out with her friends. We are never coming to this dump again. EDIT: So I got a response from the owner and did what he told me to do. ZERO response back via e-mail using the case he gave me. The owner pretends to care by putting up these responses, but they don 't actually read them or care. Save yourself a trip to the dumpster fire and go somewhere else to eat. Pathetic.

I was keeping track of time and the staff took 15 minutes to make my food. there wasn?t much of a rush at all they just kept doing onlines and making me wait. they were moving incredibly slow. by the time i got my burrito it was very cold. the cold toppings inside were far colder than the temperature that they should be kept at. this isn?t my first time experiencing slow service at this location.
