Smashburger - Roseville

OMG it was fire... I popped my smash burger cherry going here for the first time... I had chicken instead of beef... And I loved that they let you do that with any burger... The fries were perfectly cooked and flavored... Overall great experience...

Went to the Roseville location on Blue Oaks. Horrible customer service. We 've been told they are not allowed to add mayo to kids burgers because it 's not healthy. Hm, ok. Because otherwise burgers are healthy? Anyway, they usually give us a side of mayo and we move on with life. Tonight, we ask for the side of mayo and the hostile employee YELLED at my husband that he cannot have mayo because she doesn 't trust that he won 't add it to the kids burger later. Even after my husband informed her that he intended to mix it with ketchup for his fries, she refused. After some back and forth she warned him she would allow a side of mayo ONCE but to never come back and order it again. Poor people behind us didn 't hear the interaction and proceeded to ask for mayo. Repeat scenario. She fought THREE people about mayo while we were there. After all of that, she stuffed the bag with ranch instead, no mayo. Guess ranch is healthier in her opinion.We 've attempted to submit feedback but the online form requires a store number which isn 't anywhere online or on the receipt. None of the employee have name tags so we have no idea how to report this situation. She was the only woman working tonight so it shouldn 't be too hard to identify her. Hopefully management addresses this because she is absolutely harming your reputation and member experience.
