I go here most days to get lunch from the Subway, which has Great staff with good customer service, BUT... the console operators on the OTR side is terrible. He has no customer service skills and does not know how to greet his customers. No hello or Thankyou ever comes out of his mouth, let alone he will ever look at look at you while he talks to his mates. Looking for another Subway. Very disappointed customer.
1 star is for the owner, why have only 1 staff member on a Saturday night doing every thing while there is a line up of other customers waiting. Poor guy had to make hot dogs, do coffees, while other customers had only fuel or cold drinks to pay. You do know it takes time to do hot food and hot drinks? Employ another person for busy nights. Don't be surprise if they end up walking out and not buy anything.
How long does it take to get regular size coffee cups... they haven't had any for weeks so they put a regular into a large cup That not a big issue if they short fill coffee to what they think is right... it isnt . And the coffee only Luke warm... This has been going on for weeks.... Staff are not rude Think might have to give up my morning coffee from OTR.....
Am wondering about debit card surcharge, hefty penalties apply for businesses charging more than 0.5-1.5 percent of the price, by comparison, today i paid 18 dollars for something at a chicken shop and was charged 18.30, around 1.5, a bit steep, considering im using a debit card not credit, but ok, however at otr today i purchased a 3 dollar moes hotdog and a drink, which was no more than 4.99 when i took it out of the fridge, that comes to 7.99, but i look tonight and have been charged 9.99, which seems excessive, i reckon it should be no more than about 8.20
