Get Satisfried - Rosseau

I visited the Utterson food truck yesterday, and I have to say the experience was disappointing. The two ladies running the place were far from friendly, which was a downer right from the start. After spending quite a bit on a meal for my family, I was alarmed to find that the three hamburgers we received appeared to be undercooked. Today, I’m dealing with symptoms that feel very much like food poisoning. Customers, be cautious! This place seems to take advantage of those who don’t have the option to come back and voice their complaints. I definitely do not consider myself a satisfied customer.

Fantastic burgers, with flavour! Portions were large. Really great spot to stop in Rosseau.

Overpriced and served up with extra attitude. Went there today to grab a poutine. Interac was declined due to their wifi being down. Twice she stated my card was declined. Only to discover that it was her machine. I stated I didn’t have cash. And her response was... ok bye then. Not going back again. This was my second negative experience with them.

Can you really mess up a burger this badly? Well, it turns out you can. The fries were served cold, and the cheese on the poutine seemed as if it had been slapped on and then microwaved for just a couple of seconds. It was terrible! On a positive note, at least the fried pickles were good and hot. Overall, we were extremely disappointed. You have a great location and seem to be trying hard, but unfortunately, it just didn't work out. It felt like a complete waste of money. After reading other reviews, we're honestly relieved that we decided to throw the burgers away.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and provide excellent customer service. They have a down-to-earth vibe. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a good meal in the area. There are plenty of options and a great selection of food! The portion sizes are generous for the prices.
