Wings 101 - Roswell

I've been to this restaurant twice in the past six months, and both experiences were just mediocre. Five wings and a drink cost around $12. Although the food could be decent, the poor customer service really overshadows it all!

Secondly, there's an older man behind the counter, who might be the owner, and he's extremely rude (as others have also noted). I came in one night after the contractors finished a project at my house, and I was eating until about 9:00 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. The older man approached our table and insisted that we leave immediately. The restaurant was still open for another half hour, and the staff was busy cleaning other areas. I get that it takes longer to sanitize everything post-COVID, but there's no need to be rude about it.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I feel unwelcome. Today, I ordered food for takeout but decided to eat in when I arrived. After finishing my meal, I asked for a small to-go box for the two wings I had left. However, the guy at the counter accused me of already having asked for my food and charged me 50 cents for the box. This is absolutely ridiculous since you should be able to take your food in a box regardless of whether you eat it there or take it out. I've never been charged for a box anywhere else, and in my experience, everything is typically included in the menu prices. This definitely felt like a way for the establishment to take advantage of customers.

My wings tasted as if they had been fried in old grease and my onion rings tasted as if they were cooked in the microwave. The only good thing about my order was the burger and fries. This is the second time I?ve eaten at this location and both times my wings were horrible. The first time was prior to to the pandemic so that cannot be use as an excuse. I bought a 10pc was only able to stomach 4. I had to throw my food away; it was a waste of money. I will never eat there again.

The food was okay but their prices have increased significantly since someone last posted a menu. They don?t have takeout menus so ask how much everything cost if ordering over the phone
