The food was quite good, especially considering the high volume of customers they serve. Please note that the restaurant's name has changed to Papa Tazio.
As my husband and I approached the door, we were warmly welcomed by friendly smiles. Our server, Charles, was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was outstanding, and we appreciated how easy it was to get our leftovers wrapped up since we couldn't finish our meals.
I had a fantastic and truly delicious lunch at this restaurant, which features a charmingly old-fashioned interior design. There was a fireplace, although it was turned off despite the cold weather, which I found quite amusing. The restaurant had a very dim atmosphere, and I would have appreciated more natural light, as it was a bit bothersome that the candles on our table weren't lit either. On the plus side, the customer service was excellent. The waitress attentively checked in on everyone to ensure we were satisfied with our meals. I also loved the unique jars that the milkshakes were served in; they kept my drink perfectly intact throughout the meal, unlike at many other restaurants and cafés!
Family of 4 ordered 2 pizzas, an antipasti and a pasta meal. All arrived promptly (together) and were really good! Pizzas were thin, crispy and real good. Pasta was fresh, and the prawns with it were really good! Salmon and rosti went down well! Friendly service too.
Went here for a late supper and was served by Eliot who was an amazing server! We had a pizza and fries and a few drinks. Service was great and drinks and food were made perfectly. Great meal for a late night supper.
