Bj's Brewhouse - Round Rock

Ordered delivery. Supposed to be delivered by 5:04. Car pulled up at 5:02 and sat. Then turned around and left. Figured it wasn’t delivery Driver. Sent a message at 5:25 to find out where the food was. Told it would arrive by 5:35. Same car as before pulled up and delivered food. Stone cold. Disgusting. Called restaurant to complain and ask for refund. Put on hold for 11 minutes. At first manager said nothing he could do. When I mentioned I’d put a review on FB he changed his tune. Said money should be refunded by Tuesday. But if not, call back in and they’d try to fix it. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

While the atmosphere is appealing and modern, I'll say with this location as well as my first experience with this establishment. The food was, for the most part, lackluster at best. Only one of the appetizers was delicious. But the way I'd describe the food that I ordered would be overpriced roadkill wrapped in a cardboard box with a spit of sauce on it. Our service while at this establishment was dreadful and disorganized as well as supremely neglectful. I don't recommend going to this establishment. It is a hall of lies.

Traveling through Texas and found one of our favorite Arizona restaurants! We met up with family for a mini reunion dinner. The food was amazing as always and we enjoyed our favorite brews. We're in a camper van, and needed a safe place to overnight. Spoke to the manager and she was friendly and gracious! Chavon (sp? was our service. He was attentive but not overbearing. Thanks, Bj's, for a great evening we occupied our booth for over four hours!Parking: Tons of parking in a huge lot!

Chris was amazing. Took great care of us at the table, and even made a “magic wand” from a straw for my daughter. Such a great guy!Kid-friendliness: So kind to my child
