Overall, the food and drinks are good, but there are some areas for improvement. My friend and I ordered our meals at the same time tonight. She received her food about 8 minutes after ordering, while mine took about 20-25 minutes longer to arrive. By the time I got my nachos, the meat was lukewarm since it had been sitting under the warmer for so long while we waited for the Wholly Cow burger. When the burger finally arrived, it was excellent; they just need to enhance their timing. When I inquired about my order after waiting, the bartender dismissed me with a shrug, mentioning they were busy. Fortunately, the manager overheard and was very kind, offering us the nachos while we continued to wait. The nachos could use a bit more cheese for the chips at the bottom, but otherwise they were quite tasty with pulled pork on top. The watermelon gimlet is a bit on the pricey side, but it's delicious. I also recommend trying the Cellis White beer or a spritzer if you prefer a sweeter drink.
