Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Round Rock

I regret having to take the time to write this review. This may be the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Each time I visit, my order is always wrong. I've started to wonder if they'll ever get it right. No matter whether I go during the day or at night, my order is consistently incorrect. It would be best if they just closed this place for good.

Do not attempt to place a pickup order here expecting to just walk in and grab it. You need to go through the drive-thru to collect your order, which means you'll have to wait in line alongside other customers ordering food. It ended up being a frustrating experience. I would give the food 4 stars, but the pickup process deserves 0 stars.

I always regret visiting this restaurant because it’s such a frustrating experience. The short girl at the checkout completely ignored me for five minutes when it was my turn. She said nothing and acted as if I wasn’t there at all. I ended up waiting 15 minutes past the expected time for my online order because she hadn’t prepared it and didn’t have the correct items ready. The tall night manager was extremely unfriendly and seemed clueless about his job. To make matters worse, the only three employees working during that shift didn’t speak English, even though they were quite nice and genuinely trying their best. It was frustrating to see them in such a challenging situation due to poor management decisions. Whoever is running this place really needs to be replaced; the current management style is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope a new general manager can bring in better customer service representatives.

Worse place ever the door for dunes in was locked when it clearly says that it was open from 10 to 11 pm at the door yes drive was crazy. But also a crazy baby Daddy came to my car like what's going on. At first, no baby daddy has to wait outside, with a baby hanging out of the car, in this place of business to ask what the problem is. She also knew she was wrong to lock customers out when you can dive. That was completely unprofessional. Never

It's a whole lot rundown inside.Great staff very friendly. Items ordered are slow to come, which could be a good thing. I usually order the chicken sandwich. It's always a long wait for that particular item.As the Popeyes go this is a better one. Knowing it's a bit slow I go there Knowing there will be a wait.Lots of parking.
