I attempted to pay with a gift card here (which had a balance) but was informed that their machine couldn't read it. They explained, “This sometimes happens,” and suggested I try a different location. What?!

I had a disappointing experience at this fast food restaurant due to the poor service. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to fulfill a beverage order made through the mobile app. I waited over 20 minutes for a drink that never arrived, despite pressing the red button to indicate that I was still waiting. It seems logical to serve drink orders before food orders, especially since drinks are prepared quickly while food takes longer to cook. I won't be returning to this place, and I suppose they can keep my money since I paid for the drink through the app.

Probably the best service I've ever had at a bust Sonic and it was clear they were missing a few people.

Cold cheap drinks and they add strawberry's to your hot fudge Sunday, so it's just like that Andy's favorite across the street
