The lady in the castle told me that she was unable to do it because she had many orders to fulfill for catering. So I decided to ask what if I came next morning, I just placed the order on site? The lady said that we would not be able to fulfill the order because we have too many orders they need to do for gastronomy. So I drove all the way to Georgetown from my house, it's about 17 miles. Luckily, the GM at Georgetown site has said we make your order, we have no problem with it. This breakfast tacos were for a friendly garden class.. Because this place would not help me or would not allow me to make an order Not only did I have to be uncomfortable, but the children were in danger. This is the first time I've ever been turned away from the order because I wanted to make an order. Why wasn't my money important, didn't they want it? Apparently not. It's not like this place paid for my gas that drives all the way to Georgetown if I don't have to. I wish I had filmed it because the service of this place was one of the worst. It's bad enough to wear the office when we get a call.
I went to get breakfast from this TC, and I repeated my order twice. The order took forever to get, but the young lady apologized for the wait, so no big woop. When I got home, I found that the order was incorrect. I called the shop to get it corrected. The phone was answered by a female employee who did not identify herself. I asked to speak with the manager, and the unknown female employee asked the reason, I told her she then spoke to another female unidentified employee and then hung up. I had thought that the unidentified employee just pushed the wrong button, and when I tried to call back several times, they would not answer the phone. I realize that they had actually hung up on me. I contacted their coorperate customer service line and left a rather lengthy message. This is not the way to keep people coming to your doors.
Will never be back. After a long day we go to taco cabana, because it’s one of the few places open late. Order 2 chicken quesadillas and asked for fuego sauce. This is NOT a complicated order right?! However, it’s obvious that this location has hired a individuals that just don’t care. After arriving home, our quesadillas had NO chicken and we were given 2 regular salsas. No guacamole or sour cream as it’s been served by every other taco cabana in existence. I was charged $21 for this sorry excuse for food. One of food prep staff was on his phone the entire time our order was being made. I know there’s workforce shortages and quality people are hard to find, but I will never be back. These employees had an obvious lack of consideration or care for their jobs and the lack consideration for the people keeping them employed. Truly sad for their future in general and their disregard for what $21 means to some households.
I order a fajita taco with onions and cilantro. My taco had one of the twist that are used to close up a loaf of bread with.Good news, I took it back the manager explained his staff member made a mistake and the manager made it right and made me 2 tacos on the house! That's what I call customer service. Thank you
I have been to numerous Taco Cabana locations. This location is the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever visited. The biggest problem is management. They are blindly hiring body's to fill positions and yet they offer no training to the workers. Out of 10 visits you will be lucky if they get your order correct atleast once. Under proper supervision I am sure this place would be as good as any other location. It all starts with training.
