Tio Dan Cafe Puffy Tacos N Fish

Tio Dan was relocated to this new location after their original restaurant burned down. They continue to offer delicious dishes like the Pacific Gulf Sea Island Fish Fry and wings that were popular at their first location. The same family also ran Little Red Wagon, so fans of Round Rock icons will recognize and love their favorites here. They serve some of the best breakfast tacos in Round Rock, and their Linda's Hot Salsa is a personal favorite of mine.

This restaurant is truly fascinating and amazing! The puffy tacos are delicious and the portions are generous. One of the best things about this place is the affordability of all the dishes. They serve breakfast all day, and the variety is fantastic with traditional Mexican dishes like huevos rancheros and migas. One of their most popular dishes is biscuits and gravy, with the option to add eggs or get it with black beans. They also offer a variety of fish dishes, some with shrimp, and more. The variety is impressive and the chips and tortillas taste fresh and homemade. The best part is the surprisingly low prices.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean, but the food was disappointing. I ordered the migas and the eggs were overcooked, topped with watery tomato sauce that lacked flavor, along with melted cheese and tortilla chips. I only took one bite before switching to the bons and kartoffels, which were cooked without seasoning. Although they had a nice taste, the tortillas were not impressive. Overall, I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.

Really good tacos lots of flavor. I ordered bean, bacon and cheese tacos and I really enjoyed them. Will definitely be back.

Delicious tacos at a fair price. I had the Baja tacos and I enjoyed them.The restaurant is pretty popular so be prepared to wait in line. I like calling ahead of time for pick up orders so wait time will be shorter.Highly recommend for any taco fix.
