Wendy's - Round Rock

We drove thru so that the atmosphere doesn't count for us... But my daughter enjoys the spicy chicken nuggets and we both enjoy frits and our frosty's! Yum, I could eat lunch tonight! Anyway, faster service that was good. We will be back to the Wendy's in Round Rock by Lazy Junge....Food: 4/5

I drove through and ordered two chili dishes, two large fries, and a big Coke, which came to $22.87. When I got home, the chili was essentially just tomato soup (and by the way, I'm a big fan of Wendy's chili), and the fries were cold and stale. This place used to be really good.

A woman ordered three large chiles to go, but they turned out to be mostly broth and beans with just spices—definitely no meat. The crackers were stale as well. I’ve visited this place before, but I won’t be returning. The service has always been unreliable, and the quality of the food is very disappointing. I really wish I had taken some pictures while I was there.

I am really fed up with this place and their constant inability to get an order right, and they don't seem to care. We went through the drive-thru and spent $40, only to find that they forgot an entire burger, added tomatoes and mustard to one of the burgers when we specifically asked not to, didn't include any sauce for the nuggets, and failed to provide straws for the drinks. I tried calling to address the issues, but nobody answered the first time. When I called back, the person who picked up asked me what he should do. I hung up because it didn’t seem like he wanted to help. We won't be coming back; you’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

Do not go to this location. Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food chain so I keep trying this location hoping it won't be terrible. Unfortunately today was my last attempt.I went and ordered something very simple. Two #1 combos and a frosty.The guy at the window had a sizable open wound and was handling drinks and food without gloves/bandages so that was immediately off-putting. The food was promptly set behind him in a bag however he took the next 3-4 orders without turning around to hand the bag over.Once he finally turned around and handed the bag out the window, the food was cold and tasted terrible. Took one bite, got home and threw it all in the trash.This location has made me never want Wendy's again.
