Pizza Hut - Roxboro

Easy to order in the app and see the deals. I opted to pick up in the express lane (drive through). Friendly service. I'd give 5 stars if my order was ready at the stated time when I placed the order. Overall good experience though.

The food was nasty and stale the drink cups was dirty

The nastiest Pizza Hut I've ever walked into smelled worse than some of the nastiest dirtiest bars I've ever seen this is what a condemned restaurant looks like the managers should be ashamed of thereself there's no way it has gotten this bad in a couple days or few days it is nasty.. I have seen some of the dirtiest bars in the world from here North Carolina to clearwater florida and never have i smelled something like i smelled last night it smelled like you would imagine a shelter for homless people which in this case i would bet the shelter would be cleaner it was the nastiest dirtiest **** smell mildewy reasturant I have ever seen in my life I just walked out upon entering and looking around it was horrible let's just say it looks so bad that I actually pulled out my phone and took pictures because I thought no one would ever believe this

So I go in, place an order, wait 31min, go check on pizza... oh sorry, we lost the order. That's as im watching 4 different employees watch tik tok, text, play on their phones and sit in the booths texting and talking. I will NEVER go back. Not one time in 30 min was I asked to refill my drink, or even bring silverware.

Pizza arrived hot and tasty! It came 20 mins earlier than the time given. The driver Howard was real nice.
