Contribuisci feedbackI discovered that the cuisine at this restaurant had a strong European influence on traditional Chinese dishes. Unfortunately, the pasta dish I ordered was dry and lacked flavor. The steamed dumplings were delicious, but the fried dumplings were greasy and had a sparse filling of meat, also lacking in taste. Overall, I was let down by the experience considering the restaurant had come highly recommended.
I recently visited a dim sum restaurant for a Saturday brunch and was quite impressed. The quality of the food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. While I have been to other dim sum restaurants with more options, I found the selection here to be more than sufficient. The service was good and the premises were very clean. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience.
We recently celebrated a birthday at Yamskohl, a highly underrated but efficient restaurant that serves the best yam charcoal in Adelaide. It's recommended to make a reservation in advance as it can get quite busy and has limited seating. We found that Saturdays are less crowded than Sundays. The menu offers plenty of options and the dishes are always freshly prepared. It's a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food with loved ones.
It was a beautiful sunny Saturday and I thought to take my 8yo child to try this restaurant for the first time. Unfortunately, I was asked to leave the restaurant because we did not meet their minimum order of $20. They're just both... and we ordered a noodle dish to share, but it seems like we were discriminated. Apparently it is their policy, but they have never published it on the Internet. Waste my time and effort to go to a restaurant that does not appreciate that there are customers. The restaurant wasn't even full.
I love Peking Duck and not only does this restaurant serve a duck with superbly crispy skin, they also give you full value the carved duck skin is served with the drumsticks and wings (some restaurants set these aside and don’t pass it along)...and they are generous with their pancakes. For the second course, you can choose either fried rice or fried noodles with the shredded duck breast. The downside, however, is that the duck is on the small side, and there’s not enough cucumber sticks. Other dishes are authentic and tasty. They are particularly good with deep fried dishes, turning out crispy and non oily items. Our other orders included a deep fried whole fish, long beans and steamed tofu with prawns. All were pretty decent. Service was so so. But, seriously, this isn’t a place you’d go to for the service or the ambience. We were there on a Saturday, and it was a full house that emptied just as quickly when diners finished their meals.
