My booking didn't happen, I even showed the dame my booking time via my email, but her computer didn't have me down. so had to wait in an alreadt busy resterant and with a hungry child was not funny.

More open table, but they had no record of it the waitress was quite rude about that it recommended a regular problem.

The dough balls were too hard and appeared undercooked, the pizza and chips were warm but not hot, there was a cobweb hanging from the ceiling down to the lights on the wall. Gordon Ramsay could definitely cook better.

Unfortunately, my reservation did not go through as planned. Even though I showed the lady my booking confirmation email, she could not find it in her computer system. This led to a frustrating wait in an already crowded restaurant, especially with a hungry child in tow.
