Stop Waffling - Rugby

The experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible from the beginning. Our order took 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive, and when we were finally contacted after an hour, we were informed that they were out of jaffa cake ice cream. We had already paid for it with a card, and we had a child eagerly awaiting this treat before bedtime. We hastily changed the order to cookies and cream, but when it finally arrived, it was just plain vanilla. It is concerning that we live so close to the restaurant, yet it still took so long for our order to be delivered. On top of that, the ice cream was priced at £1.50, which is steep considering that other take out places include toppings and sauces for the same price.

Before ordering from this restaurant, I highly recommend checking their reviews on JE, especially the ones that mention long delivery wait times of 2-3 hours. The customer service is terrible - if you inquire about your order after waiting for two hours, they may even threaten to refuse your order in the future. I had a terrible experience contacting them to complain. Overall, I suggest avoiding this place at all costs.

I tried this restaurant on the recommendation of my daughter. I wasn't sure what to order, so I decided to try the waffles. They were absolutely delicious! I also ordered two milkshakes, one banana and one Aero Mint, and they were both delicious as well. I was impressed by the young girl working on her own and taking multiple orders. Well done!

The personal is always friendly and the service is good. this is my favorite place in rugby for keksteig his not as sick as some others are placed. I enjoyed eating every time we visited. we also get takeaways from here and are never disappointed, eating is always delivered within the time spent
