Sage - Russell

This restaurant is my favorite place to enjoy a meal with friends. The food is top-notch, the location is wonderful, and the service is great. I highly recommend it for a dinner outing. The price per person is over NZ$100, but it is worth it for the fantastic experience. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

We had an amazing experience at Sage restaurant with fantastic service from two lovely French ladies who picked us up from Russell, served us, and dropped us back. They were so friendly and relaxed. The food was outstanding, especially the tasting menu. We highly recommend trying the lamb ragu pasta starter - it was delicious. We visited on the last night before they closed for winter, but everything on the menu was available and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be returning next time we are in New Zealand. Thank you to the entire team at Sage for a wonderful dining experience.
