Papa John's Pizza - Russellville

I have ordered from several different Papa John's locations over the years. The pizzas are usually decent for chain pizza that is delivered. Last night, I placed an online order at 7:20 pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 25-35 minutes. I was prepared to wait 45 minutes, but I received a notification over 15-20 minutes later that my pizza was out for delivery. After waiting about 20 minutes, I called and was informed that my order would be arriving in a few minutes. Another 20 minutes passed, so I called again and was told that my order had been sent out. When my order finally arrived about an hour later, it was not hot or fresh. The cheese pizza had sausage on it, despite being ordered for a vegetarian. One of the pizzas was supposed to have Canadian bacon, tomatoes, and mushrooms, but it appeared that only half of the pizza was properly prepared. Additionally, black olives were scattered sporadically, even though we did not request olives. Overall, the customer service was poor, the food quality was subpar, and the pizzas were chaotic. Definitely not worth the money! I highly doubt I will be ordering pizza from this Papa John's again.

Whenever I call this restaurant close to 11 o'clock, they never have any good pizza available. I am tired of this and will not be ordering from here anymore.

Papa John's is decent, but it's overpriced for the quality of food you receive.
