I had chopped beef baked potato, one friend had the twice baked potatoes, and the other the surf n turf po boy. The potato dishes were lunch menu. $12, but my other friend had had the po boy in the past wanted to try it again. Now to clarify, the potatoes were _slightly_ above average, in other words, pretty good. I’d add though the chopped beef is the low point. That could be my fault for ordering the chopped. Something like a gas station BBQ honestly, but for the whole thing still pretty good. The po boy was off the dinner menu at $16 his expectations were dashed. His last time it was very good, but this time, the bread was stale, the sliced brisket sub par, though he did approve of the shrimp. This was compounded by being charged extra for both an extra tablespoon of salad dressing AND ALSO for a small cup of the gravy that goes on the sandwich. After ordering from the dinner menu at lunch, it’s a bit tacky to charge for what was honestly a tiny bit more of these sauces. His total bill expanded to over $20. Now our server was great, very responsive helpful. We’re sure she was just carrying out policy.
The waitresses were awesome. But the cook really put a hamburger patty (notseasoned)some cheese and bacon inside the chimichanga. It was discussing
Fos was very good... considering how busy they were, the staff did a great job managing the load... will go again
Food was good and plentiful. I found out this restaurant is not part of the LOG CABIN syrup brand. I was disappointed with that and they had no breakfast.
I eat there regularly. The Food is very good. The Market area has some great food to go also. If you get take out from the Market... Liz will make sure your order is perfect and you have everything you need.
