I have not left a bad review in a while but this place deserves it. Drive thru so full it was dicey pulling in to park. Accident nearly happened in front of me cause the place was so full, staff seem disinterested in the work and are more or less just yelling orders at the back kitchen for more chicken. No sign of any management or leadership. Ordered ten nuggets and a burger, got 6 nuggets in a bag and unsalted chips, asked for no lettuce on the burger but there were small prices of lettuce all through it. Very poor experience, this place should be shut down, it's unsafe.

The food and service here is up and down. This occasion was pretty far down. I ordered on the KFC app and still waited almost 20 mins for my family's food. There were like warm soggy chips, and chips missing, missing burger, and the hot n crispy chicken was stomach churning. I'm fairly certain one of them was just a chunk of chicken fat with the coating. Definitely turned me off eating here in the future

I only ordered two original chicken pieces with speck and cheese, and I have to say, this was the worst KFC experience I've ever had. After waiting for an hour, my wife nearly broke her teeth trying to bite into what can only be described as a poor excuse for a chicken pie. Do they even check how long their chicken fillets have been sitting around before serving? We were exhausted from work, and this meal completely ruined our evening. If the staff hates their job, maybe they should just go home instead of serving this kind of food. We didn’t even want to sniff it or let our dogs near it. I’m honestly baffled by the long lines at this place. They must be luring customers in with something sugary because this experience was definitely not worthy of the KFC name.
