Papi's Pizza - Rye

We made an online reservation for 6:45 PM on a Saturday evening during a long weekend. Although we were seated at 7:00 PM, we had to request the menus and waited an additional 15 minutes for them. We ordered two pizzas, but it took nearly two hours for the first one to arrive. We noticed our second pizza was mistakenly placed at another table, and although we could overhear the staff discussing the error, we were never informed about it. Our second pizza finally arrived 15 minutes later. We received no updates on expected wait times or any delays, which was quite frustrating. While the pizza itself was good, the poor service and lack of communication made the wait feel unnecessary.

I always enjoy visiting Papi for a delicious pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The dining experience and service were exceptional as always. The pizzas are absolutely fantastic!

The pizza was hard and crusty. we have the mushroom pizze that had no sauce so that all the mushrooms fell off. I ordered a margherita and also no salt on the rim. would not recommend

Great service and food. Enjoyed sitting outside with the sea breeze too.
