Herzlstube - Saalbach

Fantastic. Great wine list. Nice waitress. Great food and great atmosphere. Perfect place to test an unexpected visit for my 300k readers. We started with a local dish in a bar on the street, where a pimple even knows. I met some nice Icelandic people and went to dinner without an announcement. Since we're guests at Kendler, we have a table right away. With two great amuses I shared my Reserverib-Ravioli with creamy sauerkraut and crispy pig bell. After this ingenious dish my wife tested the trout on a bed of lenses and I got the best Tournedos with Gnocci ever. What a feast! Espresso coffee and the laat drop of a beautiful Argentina merlot did the rest. What a start of a beautiful week in the snow!

We were looking for something new in Saalbach and were recommended to the Herzlstubn at Kendler Hotel, we were not disappointed. The restaurant was not busy and perhaps lacked a bit of atmosphere, but the concerned disappeared very quickly, the restaurant manager and out waiters were really good and let us feel welcome, we had a light hitch with our QR code that we sort and worn and enjoyed the food and service. Our waitress was very attentive, without being intrusive, we had three courses that were all good, enjoyed a beautiful bottle of wine and some entertaining drinks, all food was beautifully presented a feast for the eye and the stomach. I had to start the Ravioli and my partner the salmon trout, delicious, we both had the venison perfectly cooked as our main course (pink) to finish we had the chocolate tart and the Kaiserschram. We will be back

Perfect service amazing food. Valentine dinner yes...with my 2 daughters and my wife. Kids menu of Grand Style... all nicely presented. For the adults amazing food Austrians day international inspired. Very nice presented and very tasty. Most pleasant dining experience in Saalbach. Great service from the entrance to the end of the dinner. Well done

Ausgezeichnete Küche. Teller toll angerichtet und ein super Service.Besonders aufgefallen ist mir das Ambiente und die Liebe zum Detail.Absolut empfehlenswert.
