Schwanenkonig - Saarbrücken

After a long time we were once again guests in this house and had “Octoberfest” as thematic evening. We weren't so lucky with the food. We had ordered Spanferkel Kotelett's with beer sauce. Since we are used by a sprout that the skin is crispy, this was not the case here. The bacon breast was present and so wabbelig that it was not to eat. Also the roast potatoes were not a great pleasure. These had probably been prepared from salt potatoes and were therefore very dry, a pity. The other foods were very tasty and were very boiled. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed at Easter Sunday for dinner at the Swan King. As always very tasty. Asparagus and a beautiful gray burgundy or the lamb back simply delicious.

A traditional restaurant, very friendly service. The kitchen is simple and good. The portions are generous. The atmosphere is pleasant and efficient service

If we're in Saarbrücken, we'll be happy to get back here. So far, everything was delicious, no matter what we ordered. Ambience and atmosphere are very nice and the service is always friendly.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant, the staff very welcoming and always present and super friendly. The food was fantastic, very beautifully dressed and super delicious. Very recommended. No huge selection as in many other restaurants, so you can assume that what's on it is all the better;
