Contribuisci feedbackDuring my wife's research at lunchtime, El Carnicero found himself in his advertising as another steak house; we did not know, read it today to an attempt and drove over the city car to the Saarbrücker district of Gersweiler. The El Carnicero is located in the immediate and immediate vicinity of the Gaststätte Zum Turnerheim, a bakery and a barbecue; Nobody has to starve here in the near circle. Ambience: Whether all inner German steak houses had the same interior architects? It seems so: very rustic and not really cozy for me. If I had to sit on these very thin padded benches for a long time, I need at least one local anesthesia in the form of several Carlos Uno or better Cardenal Mendoza. However, I immediately noticed a difference to other steak houses: on napkins there is no value here, at least on the tables at the cutlery were none. I wonder if there are special requests and supplements? We have not studied this further; for the ambience I forgive two and a half stars. Cleanliness: nothing negative has occurred to us; without seeing the wet rooms, I forgive three stars. Service: Not sincere, but friendly and given the fact that the cottage was full, nevertheless quite flotted. Three stars. Food and drink: My wife drank the usual averna, I ordered a bright wheat beer. Unfortunately, there are only bottles (0.5l for EUR 3.90) and the brewery will swing out. As a food, my wife ordered to land from the lunch card of the Spanferkel roller arches, beer sauce with rosemary salads (EUR 9,90; this included a daily soup and salad from the buffet). According to the goose bump, I was illuminated with snowballs and red cabbage vegetables (EUR 13.50). Also from the lunch card and also here a day soup and salad would have belonged to the buffet. had listened if.....!!! Because immediately after our order came the comment of service: I have to ask in the kitchen; I think one of the two is out. Said, done; she came back with the news that the dead goose would be out. Bad luck for me and double bad luck because I ordered not when ordering my wife, but after a short study of the normal card spaghetti à la Chef with pork fillet tips for EUR 12.80. More. The daily soup proved to be a clear broth with root vegetables, small beef cubes and two minimaul bags as an inlay. Cooked and very tasty, with the exception of the purchased mullets. At the salad buffet, my wife found components that do not exist on many other salad buffets; in any case, she was quite satisfied with the selection she made. The naked envy grabbed me when you were served the Spanferkel rollerbow and side shells. My God, it saw appetite! And also tasted very nice as I could convince myself with the test bits that were left to me as usual. The raspberry butter delicate for the really very hot skin. Here too, the supposedly very sharp steak knives could only align a little; no problem thanks to my always manly Victorinox Rescue tools and one of his three saw blades! The beer sauce and the small rosemary salads were wonderfully matched; a very successful dish. In contrast, my spaghetti à la Chef ; I would rather have put this boss in the kitchen and he would have had to bite him there in my presence. The spaghetti were boiled and, due to its slim consistency, almost no longer deviable. The fact that the fillet tips are above may occur; the actual fillet from the degree of cooking was well received, the thinner tips are more or less overgart; here it was a very much more. I would have forgiven four or even four and a half stars without delay; Since I have more than one and a half stars for the really weak spaghetti, food and drink come together with unfortunately only about three and a half stars. Too bad. Price/performance ratio: The Spanferkel excellent; I forget only the work with the spaghetti and forget four stars. Conclusion: We would be happy to return to the Spanferkel; I can only warn before the Spaghetti à la Chef.
