We had mixed feelings about this American themed restaurant. The food was fine, although the price of the steaks bordered on daylight robbery and the atmosphere pleasant. However, the service was off hand mainly because only two members of staff were on duty. They did their best, but asking for a second drink was met with a response that bordered on 'you 're being as nuisance '!! Another case of greedy management failing to ensure sufficient and efficient staffing levels. We left at the end of our main course; I reckon it would have taken ages to order a dessert. Shame.
This is a great steak experience. We ate here twice during our visit, once for simple fare (burger, chicken), second time went all in with the tenderloin steak. The meats are served sizzling on a [very] hot stone. They will arrive rare and will continue to cook as it sits on the stone... cut your steak into smaller pieces if you like well done. Portions are huge... one steak will easily suffice two people. If one person eats the whole thing then they deserve a medal (and wellness counseling). This is more casual dining than your typical swiss restaurant and definitely family friendly. High top tables are available to if you prefer that. Definitely recommended.
Very good restaurant Suggestion: expand the vegetarian offering
