This place must be under new ownership. The shaken beef , what I used to order 2x/week, has a completely different taste that I don’t like. Their egg rolls used to be normal size, now they are no more than 2” each. They no longer have sweet and sour chicken with their homemade sauce. The stir fry was good, but with the changes, I will not continue to be a customer here. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 5

I love this place my son drives here to get my food when he is home from college. The owner knows i'm sick and makes sure it is perfect for me. I appreciate him so much. We live in rockwall and pho garden has gone down so much. When we found this little place in sachse my heart felt so warm inside. The food reminds me of the Vietnamese food in New Orleans i'm use to they take such pride in their food, and want you to taste a feel an authentic experience. I miss them right now, but my son is in season at college and can't get it. The food is amazing! I have never been inside. The owner knows how happy it makes me when he sees my son and he already knows the order. I appreciate that level of care and kindness. So so good

I have never had Pho before dining here. This place was awesome for a 1st time Pho dining experience. The place was clean not too cold as it is most places here. I guess if you coming to a restaurant during the summer, they expect you to be comfortably frozen as you eat you meal. Not here, the temperature was perfect inside. I was pleasantly surprised with the servcie here as well. the host was our waiter and he was attentive to our needs and requests. I am not sure if people have had this experience elsewhere. I am just going to mention it for score. From my own personal experiences, a lot of times when you look different from the typical clientele of a restaurant, they give you poor service. Not true of this place. they made us feel at home, welcomed, and appreciated. we have to go back just because of how well they treated us alone. However, it would not be the only reason. The food was really good. It was so fresh. The portions were perfect. The menu was not confusing or overwhelming. No wonder so many people get door dash from this place. the food is great. however, they miss out on great service.

Yesterday my wife and I tried this place out and we were pretty disappointed. It was over 100 degrees that day and when we stepped in the restaurant, we were still sweating. There was no air-conditioning in the restaurant, and the floors were sticky as you walked on them. our server gave us vague answers to our questions. we asked what are the most popular dishes and what would he recommend? He simply stated they are all good. A really good server would give their recommendation and state what the most popular dishes are. The only thing I can really give them credit for what is the food. I actually liked my meal and would be willing to buy from them again. However, we will never sit down at that restaurant again, due to the poor customer service and ambience.
