TGI FRIDAYS - Saginaw

We arrived here after the early morning rush but before the night rushThe place was maybe 1/4 full.

It had been a while since I last went to a TGI Fridays, but I chose to dine at this one because I didn't want to look for another restaurant and it's conveniently close to my hotel.

The waiter was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked and had to be returned, but it came back overcooked again. The manager did not come to address the problem. This experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend returning to this restaurant.

The server was friendly, but unfortunately the chicken was overcooked and had to be returned. Despite sending it back, it came out burnt again. The manager was supposed to speak with us but never did. Very disappointing experience. Will not be returning.
