After waiting over half an hour they only managed to serve 3 people and when I finally made it to the front of the line the only food server went on break leaving just the cashier... And every time I come in they are always out of 1 or more items... Never again will I go into the Cottle location!
Service is forever slow. Today we timed service and to get through 9 people and 2 online orders it took 32 minutes. All orders were individual and very simple. They were also out of veggies for the rest of the evening (went at 9:29p on a Saturday). It took so long an EMT even got called out and gave up his spot so really it was 8 people and 2 online orders in 32 minutes. The team was super slow and it was 1 person working the line and register with an occasional team member that would come in from the back. When he would come out at one point he was even scraping guac slowly with a spoon to put it in another canister?.I feel bad saying this because the service industry is exhausting and can be tough but there was literally nooooo sense of not just urgency but motivation almost to even work. This has been consistent the 4 times I’ve been here. One time one of the employees was shouting swear words to team members while serving the long line and cracking jokes. Really wish this was managed better
Hands down the worst Chipotle in all of San Jose. They are slow, always out of something, and there is no sense of urgency when it’s busy.
Food is good but the food takes ages to get ready. I had to wait for 30 minutes for pickup of my burrito
