Little Caesars Pizza - Sahibabad

It’s been a while since I’ve had Little Caesars. I decided to place an order for a classic pepperoni pizza. I picked up the pizza and it wasn’t fresh at all. Everything was dried out as if it had been sitting on the shelf for some time.I called the store to get a fresh pizza to replace the one I picked up, which was no problem. The second pizza was “better”, but not by much. The dough doesn’t have a “doughy” or fresh texture. It’s naturally dried out. There’s very little sauce and the cheese was very thin. Sadly, I don’t think I’d order from this establishment again.

Parking lot is wired; tons of people prepared to tow your cars

The manager Maria is the worst at this store customer service was horrible her attitude was uncalled for didn’t know about the promotion even have a video to prove

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATIO.... I ordered a pizza for delivery.. turns out i never got my order . FYI this was in july... i called right away letting them know since the dasher was not responding to my calls nor messages. they said a refund would be processed and i should recieve my money back within 10 business days.. 2 weeks past and nothing so i called back. they told me the same old **** to wait 10 more business days. so i did ... it is not september and i have not recieved NOTHING BACK!!! I have called more than 3 times to get my refund back they always tell me the same ****!!!!

This is my fav spot for a quick bite to eat at a reasonable price. So try not to over crowd this place because the wait can take up to 20mins!! I hope the employees get a good pay, they work very hard and are friendly despite some rude customers who come thru with nasty attitudes. If people make the time to order thru their online system, they wouldn't have time to complain otherwise you have no right but to just deal w. It.. Many Thanks to the young man who's always very polite and professional at the cashier ID: 2, just hearing his deep voice, I know I'm in good hands.
