Le Volcanique Pizzeria

While visiting Barcelona we stayed at a apartment.well not two doors down from our apartment was the lovely restaurant.

Just Meh. I had the 20Euro special. Salad was great, duck was bland and potatoes were similar. Creme brule was average. Not impressed, sorry.

We were staying at a hotel just a few blocks away and wanted something a little more substantial then tapas.

Tourists passing by, not finding any restaurant in the surroundings, we turned to this pizzeria to eat quickly. We were greeted by local accustoms, who put the mood and told us to take a table. Then, the waitress was quick to take commands. Pizzas were good and simple, and we will mostly remember the family atmosphere that reigned in the place.

Very good reception, even if the waitress seemed a little shy. fast table service and with smile. Pizzas were very good with regional products.
