Le Saint Aubin - Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer

What a lovely restaurant and staff. We stopped on the water back from the British memorial. We had huitres and soupe de poissons to start. Then Rick had a stunning fruit de mers and I had a lovely piece of bream We shared a taste tatin. All delicious, excellent value.

Un excellent moment en famille dans un cadre agréable. Le service était sympathique, sans précipitation de la part des serveurs. Nous avons eu une petite assiette d'amuse-bouches avec nos verres de rosé et de blanc. Les salades de la mer et la bouillabaisse façon Saint-Aubin étaient très appréciées. Le pavé de rumsteck sauce camembert était délicieux avec des frites. Mon fils a été un peu déçu par l'accompagnement de l'aiglefin (flan de légumes peu goûteux) et quelques petits légumes à côté, peut-être un petit dôme de riz aurait été le bienvenu car il est resté sur sa faim... La crème brûlée et la pavlova étaient délicieuses (photo).
