Absolutely horrible, disorganized service in lobby. Chicken was just a touch over luke warm. Biscuits(I was really looking forward to the biscuits and ordered 3 extra) were mediocre, slaw was edible. Can't say anything about the mashed potatoes because they weren't in the bag, and I absolutely refuse to ever step in that place again, so y'all can keep those! The only thing I can say anything good about is the apple pie. The young blonde headed lady who I believe was actually working drive through kindly put my order together after I had been bypassed for 20 minutes and finally asked to cancel my order for a refund. She was very polite, so thanks to her..

Placed an order at a kiosk, waited 19 minutes, asked for a refund because nobody was making my order still, assistant manager acted like he couldn't give me one and finally started making my order. Finally got my food and lit was luke warm at best.

Listen, this is by far the worst Customer service I have experienced.... Yall need to clean house... Starting with management and then get rid of the crew.. No hats no hair nets. Have Airpods in their ears at the window.. Attitudes are ridiculous
