Of course, my poutine was cold because I had to wait 15 minutes to pay. To my surprise, when I called later and spoke politely to the owner, she reacted very negatively to my constructive comment and didn't offer an apology. Instead, she passed the phone to her husband, who yelled at me, insulted me, and told me to eat somewhere else if I was unhappy, before hanging up on me. This was particularly disappointing coming from a place I love and know well, having worked in the restaurant and management industry for ten years.

Everything is delicious! And the staff is simply exceptional!!!!! A lovely discovery!

The Mexican pâté and egg roll are delicious, not to mention the Italian poutine!
