Le Soleo - Saint-Jérôme

Get the vegetarian pizza and the house salad. Delicious, fresh ingredients. The staff is beautiful and encourages you to speak French, even if it is not your first language!

We weren't impressed. We did not expect “fine cuisine” at all. First, the presentation of the plates was really bad. We had bruschetta and mozzarella all’arrabiata as appetizers. The cheese bread was oily and the broschettas had no accusations it was actually 5-6...small pieces of bread thrown into a dish with cubed tomatoes. Our main course: Risotto the duck, who was sticky, had small pieces of overcrowded duck that tasted nothing. The other main course: Capellini with Bolognese sauce tasted badly when it was boiled all day and the oil floated on it. We were not offered coffee or dessert. Very deceitful experience. The good point is that they had a good selection of wines. I'm not going back.

The food was excellent, service was good -but that was a holiday night Thursday 22 December 2016 Too many guys too loud!

It was last summer when we had supper here and I still remember how good the food was! A pleasant surprise from a humble place of St Jérôme very good service and good food.
